The User of the Cannabis Libre Club website and social media may request an exchange, return, or cancellation, adhering to the conditions permitted in each product category:
1. Conditions for Products Offered by El Milagro Verde S.A.C. (Over-the-Counter):
The provisions outlined in this clause 21.1 apply only to cases where the User, despite receiving the product without any issue, wishes to return or exchange it without stating a reason; this is a right of withdrawal that our company voluntarily grants to users based on its guaranteed satisfaction policies, provided that the following conditions are met. These provisions/conditions do not apply to exchanges or returns to which the customer is entitled under the law due to the product being delivered with any issue, and therefore do not exclude or limit the legal rights recognized for consumers.
Exchange/Return Process:
To access the possibility of exchanging and/or returning an over-the-counter product purchased, the User must meet the following requirements:
- The request must be made within 24 hours of the sale.
- The User must have the proof of payment, which must be presented/submitted at the time of the exchange/return.
- The product(s) must be verified by personnel assigned by El Milagro Verde S.A.C., as applicable, and must not have been used, consumed, or be damaged or show signs of handling that affect their condition as new. They must be complete, in their original packaging, with labels clearly readable and accessories, if applicable.
If the User meets the above requirements, they have the following options:
- Request an exchange of the product for another identical one, provided that El Milagro Verde S.A.C. has stock available; or for a different product of equal value using the already paid amount.
- Request a full refund.
Refund of Money
If the User requests a refund, they may choose between:
- A reimbursement through the payment method used for the purchase.
- In the case of card payments, the time for the refund will depend on the User's banking institution.
Product Exchange
For purchases made through this website or Cannabis Libre Club's social media under the home delivery service, if the User requests a product exchange, El Milagro Verde S.A.C. will handle the collection and exchange of the product/products at the address indicated by the User (at no additional cost to the User if the product was delivered with any issues). It is the User's responsibility to be at the address on the specified date and time. If the User is not present, they must coordinate a new delivery date. The User has the option to reschedule a new date and place a maximum of two (02) times.
Transport Personnel
The transport personnel responsible for collecting the product and delivering the exchange are not authorized under any circumstances to inspect and/or handle the product; their sole function is to collect it and deliver the product exchange. Transport personnel are prohibited from receiving tips.
Cancellation by the User
In the event the User makes an error in the purchase request (error in delivery address, personal data, product quantity, among others), they must cancel the purchase immediately and proceed with a new request.

2. Conditions for Products Offered by Soluciones Farmacéuticas S.A.C. – SOLFAR (Prescription Only):
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, changes or refunds are not accepted for medical cannabis products offered by Soluciones Farmacéuticas S.A.C. – SOLFAR due to the nature of the acquisition of these products.
If the User makes an error in the service request (error in delivery address, personal data, product quantity, among others), they must cancel or annul the service request immediately and proceed with a new request if necessary.
