1. INITIAL PAYMENT PROCESS

The first step to acquire any product on our platform or sign up for a membership is to make the payment. This can be done via credit card, debit card, cash payment, or Yape.

 

Without an Account: You can proceed as a guest and make the payment without the need to register, providing only the minimum required information.

 

With an Account: If you create an account, you will be considered a Club Member User and gain access to free basic benefits, such as: access to your transaction history, saving your information for future purchases, and managing your subscription to our memberships to access the full benefits of an Active Club Member.

 

After completing the payment, Cannabis Libre Club will verify the requested information and proceed with managing your order or membership, including the necessary steps for the medical consultation to determine your prescription.

2. MANDATORY MEDICAL CONSULTATION

A medical prescription is required for the purchase and use of all cannabis products, as stipulated in Law N°30681. To obtain the corresponding prescription, you will need to participate in a virtual consultation with a specialized doctor from the Centro Médico del Plata, who will evaluate your case and validate the necessary prescription.

 

Scheduling and Confirmation of Consultations:

 

Scheduling: Cannabis Libre Club will organize the consultation with the Centro Médico del Plata after verifying the details provided by the user during the registration for the initial payment. The specialist doctor will assign the nearest available date and time.

After the consultation, if the doctor authorizes the use of cannabis products, you will receive a digital prescription issued by the Centro Médico del Plata. This prescription is essential to proceed with the formulation of the product or activation of your membership. If the doctor does not authorize it, the return process will be carried out through Mercado Pago.

3. FORMULATION AND PRODUCT PREPARATION

Once the Centro Médico del Plata issues the prescription, SOLFAR, the pharmacy in charge of product formulation and dispensing, will be notified to begin preparing the product. SOLFAR will formulate the product according to the medical prescription instructions, a process that may take between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the type of product requested. This step is essential for both individual cannabis products and those acquired through a membership.

4. DISPENSING AND DELIVERY

Once the product is ready, our Support Team will contact you to coordinate the exact delivery address and time to ensure you receive the product at the agreed-upon moment. If you made the purchase or membership sign-up as a guest, make sure to provide the correct delivery information.

 

Delivery Confirmation:

The product will be delivered to the previously agreed address. After the delivery, you will receive a notification confirming the delivery, either by email or text message. We recommend reviewing the product upon delivery to ensure everything is in optimal condition.
