Our service is designed to ensure timely and efficient service. Users can place orders at any time of the day, as order reception is available 24/7.

To guarantee efficient delivery within the established timelines, it is important to consider the different options available and how each one influences the estimated delivery time. Below is a summary table showing delivery times based on various locations and shipping conditions:

Delivery time depends on the shipping option selected by the user when placing the order.

Regular shipping within Lima Metropolitan Area (Province of Lima*) will be delivered within 24 to 48 working hours, according to available service and dispensing hours.

Regular shipping for other provinces in Perú will be delivered within 48 to 96 working hours, adjusted to the available service hours.

Regular shipping ensures delivery within 24 to 48 working hours within the Province of Lima and 48 to 96 working hours for other provinces throughout Perú.

Additional Notes:

Regular shipping orders can be placed any day of the week. The medical consultation will be coordinated within the available medical consultation hours.

The medical consultation must be done between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Once the prescription is obtained, the dispensing will proceed within the available product dispensing hours.

The delivery time is 24 to 48 working hours within the Province of Lima and 48 to 96 working hours for other provinces in Perú.

Delivery Restrictions

We understand how important it is to receive your products on time, but due to the nature of our products and specific regulations, certain circumstances may affect delivery times. Below are the most common reasons your order may be delayed or not yet delivered, as well as the necessary requirements for delivering cannabis products:

Requirements for Delivering Regulated Products

Due to cannabis product regulations, their delivery is subject to compliance with specific conditions. Below is an explanation of the requirements and documents you need to present to complete the delivery process:

Required Documentation: Due to current regulations, for the delivery of cannabis products, it is mandatory to present a valid medical prescription. This prescription must be registered in our system beforehand, and it may be necessary to show it to the delivery person at the time of delivery. If you do not have the proper documentation at the time of receiving the order, the delivery cannot be completed and will be rescheduled, which may cause additional delays.

In-Person Receipt: Due to the nature of the products, an adult with valid identification who meets legal requirements must be present at the home to receive the order. If the product user or patient is a minor, a responsible party (family member, guardian, caregiver) must be registered to receive the order. Similarly, if the product user or patient is unable or incapable of receiving the product, a responsible party must be registered to receive it. A valid ID will be required to confirm the identity and age of the recipient. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the order will be rescheduled, potentially causing further delays.

Reasons Why Your Order Has Not Yet Been Shipped Or Delivered

There are certain factors that may delay the shipment of your order. Below, we explain the most common reasons to ensure you are informed at all times:

Uncovered areas: Some areas or locations may not be included in our shipping options. This is due to logistical limitations that affect the ability to deliver and transport products to those specific locations. If your address is outside the delivery zones, unfortunately, the order cannot be processed until we have viable transportation options for your location.

Incomplete delivery address information: This reason relates to order details that require correction. Ensure that your delivery address information is correct and complete, as errors or missing information, such as the locality, apartment number, or incorrect street name, can delay or prevent shipment. In such cases, we will contact you to confirm the correct details, but this may cause delays in the delivery process.

Delays due to external conditions: Although we strive to meet the stipulated delivery timelines, there are factors beyond our control that may affect shipping times and release us from liability for any delay in delivery. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed about the status of your order as soon as reasonably possible. An event outside of our control or force majeure refers to extraordinary, unforeseeable, and irresistible causes that prevent the timely and/or complete execution of delivery, such as adverse weather conditions, public calamity, natural disaster, civil unrest, terrorism, war, road blockages, strikes, social conflicts affecting transportation, work stoppages, government restrictions, border closures, or similar events beyond our control.

Validation processes: For some cannabis products, an additional validation process is mandatory before shipment or delivery. This may include reviewing the user’s medical prescription or verifying that they meet the legal requirements to purchase such products. If the validation is not completed correctly or within the established timeframe, shipment or delivery may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you to complete any pending steps before proceeding with the shipment or delivery.

Restricted Or Hard-To-Access Areas

In some locations, delivery may be affected by logistical or legal restrictions. Below, we explain how these limitations can influence the delivery times or the possibility of receiving your product:

Rural or Remote Areas: Some rural or hard-to-access areas, such as remote communities or mountainous regions, may have additional restrictions for delivery due to transportation infrastructure limitations. In such cases, shipping times may be longer than usual, or in some cases, delivery may not be possible. We recommend checking if your area is within our covered zones before placing an order.

Legal Restrictions: In some localities or municipalities, current regulations or municipal resolutions may restrict the delivery of cannabis products. This may include zones where the sale and distribution of these products are subject to local restrictions. If your address is located in one of these areas, it may not be possible to carry out the delivery until local laws permit distribution.
